Postgraduate Courses
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University proposes to establish the first dedicated Masters’ degree programme in competition and regulatory law, policy and the associated economics principles.
The programme is currently in the process of validation and it is envisaged that innovatory methods of delivery will be used and that a number of international experts will be involved in teaching aspects of the syllabus. It is envisaged that this programme will appeal to a wide range of students including practicing lawyers, economists, corporate counsel, government and regulatory officials. The course will not be limited to Hong Kong law but will have a strong comparative content and it is expected that students from China and other jurisdictions in East Asia will find the course highly attractive.
