Introduced
in 1988, this three-year full-time programme is the first honours
degree programme in accountancy offered by a Hong Kong university.
Designed to prepare students to be competent professional accountants,
this programme is also the first programme to be successfully accredited
by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the first to receive
maximum exemptions from other professional bodies.
