The registration fee includes:
- admission to all sessions
- symposium materials
- lunches for the two-day symposium
- symposium dinner
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received by the Joint Symposium Secretariat before December 5, 2009. Cancellation requests received after December 5, 2009 will incur a US$150 cancellation charge. No refund will be available for cancellation after December 20, 2009.
