CALL FOR PAPERS
Papers are invited for the plenary paper sessions and concurrent paper sessions.
Plenary Paper Sessions
The Symposium will provide accommodation (single occupancy) for three days, waiver of registration fees, and reimbursement for a return economy class airfare of a maximum of USD1,200 for one author of each accepted paper. Accepted papers will be published in the JCAE, subject to the Editors' approval. Authors will be required to sign a copyright release form as a condition of publication.
In addition, the best paper for the plenary paper sessions will receive a cash award of USD1,500.
Submission Guidelines
For the Plenary Paper Sessions, an electronic version of the manuscript in MS-Word format should be submitted to j.cae@polyu.edu.hk. Manuscripts previously published or currently under review by other publications will not be accepted. All submissions are subject to a double-blind review process. To ensure anonymity in the review process, authors are requested not to identify themselves directly or indirectly in the body of the paper.
Submissions must be received no later than August 17, 2012. Authors submitting for the Plenary Paper Sessions will receive notification of the Editors' decision by November 1, 2012. Papers not selected for plenary sessions will be considered for the Concurrent Paper Sessions. Authors who do not wish their papers to be considered for Concurrent Paper Sessions should clearly state this in their submission.
